There is no doubt that there is enough paper for the upcoming election! But what will we make paper from in the long term? The INGEDE Symposium in February will address this question. Paper for recycling is still in short supply, the circulation of daily newspapers is falling, and with it the amount of raw material in the paper bins. There is now toilet paper made from cardboard or straw, but these raw materials are not suitable for high-quality recycled paper.

The company is also commissioning a latest-generation Speedmaster XL 106-8-P+L, leading to an overall capacity expansion in a hybrid production environment.
In just six months, manroland Goss, leading supplier of web offset printing solutions, has successfully completed the complex relocation of a Colorman newspaper printing press from Crailsheim to Ulm. The challenge: to dismantle and transport a complete printing system in record time, putting it back into operation at the new location. Thanks to precise planning, an experienced team and close cooperation with NPG Druckhaus, production of the daily newspapers was able to start on time.
Comexi, global supplier of solutions for the flexible packaging printing and converting sector, and Ellerhold, a company specializing in the production of advertising, labels, and packaging materials for a wide range of applications, have signed an acquisition agreement for an Offset CI printing press. The use of Comexi's offset central impression printing technology and EB (Electron Beam) curing system will allow Ellerhold to improve its efficiency while providing the highest level of printing quality.
